EMBEDDING YOUR SIGNATURE INTO A MS WORD DOCUMENT

Embedding your signature font into a MS Word document is easy. Simply sign the document using your signature font then save the document as follows. To save a document with the fonts embedded, select 'Save As...' from Word's 'File' menu, then select 'Options...' to access the dialog box shown below.


The following window should appear, please note this window might appear different depending on with operating system you use. Next step, click on 'Tools' then click on 'General Options'.



After clicking on 'General Options' the following window should appear. You need to check the box marked 'Embed TrueType font', once this is checked click on OK. Now you can save the document. Your signature font is now embedded in the document.
